Leading people and selling to people is all about learning what motivates the individual and providing the proper connection between motivation and result. I have many years of experience in sales, management, productivity management and varied other professional coaching roles. I am passionate about the people I work with and for and try to incorporate creative approaches to engage with people on a personal level. Psychology fascinates me, I am intrigued by the human spirit and its ability to persevere.
